We are four weeks into the new season and what a fantastic start for Revolution TTC club. The more experienced A, B and C teams are all top of their respective divisions and the relatively inexperienced D team is competing well in all of their matches and will soon start to win some of their closer matches. Well done to Usman Subhani for maintaining a 100% record in the C team closely followed by Josh Hallam who has only lost one match so far. Ian Baldock in the B team lost his 100% record this week when he played county veteran 1st team player Colin Luscombe from St Neots D who only a few seasons ago was top of the division one averages so no disgrace to Ian there. It is good to see the return of Olivier Autin to the A team after a year’s absence as a new father. He has only lost one match so far when he was a little rusty in his first match back and had to play the county No. 1 junior Matt Evans from Elstow B. The result I am sure will be different in the return match. Let’s keep building on this excellent start and we’ll have a fantastic trophy presentation night at the end of the season.
