Division Five Revolution E started the week with a cracking match and 114 point advantage against Division Four Kempston Boys Brigade. It was nip and tuck all the way with many individual games going both ways despite playing against the higher division. All the matches were played in great spirit. However, it was the Kempston team who managed to steal the win by just nine points. Well played to Ram, Kyle and Sam. Revolution B, C and D played at home on Tuesday whilst the F team were away at Elstow. Match Reports – Week 1

A pretty good start to the season after the first week after a summer’s break and a few new faces to Revolution finding their feet. The A team managed a 9-1 win against Marston with a maximum from Olivier Autin and Dave Beddall. Keith McConnell dropped the only one against his nemesis Dave Wackrill who won in three straight games and then Keith coached Dave Beddall to gain revenge for his defeat last season eventually winning -7, 8, 7, -9, 3. The B team comprising Ian Baldock, Henry Simmons and Owen Hewett, competing for the first time in Division 1, had a very good 3-7 result against last season’s third placed Biggleswade.
